All course material such as manuals, supplied to you from The Hayley Ellis Beauty Academy are for support purposes only. All material is copyright to the Academy and must not be used or reproduced in any form.

The course timings are a guideline only, depending on class sizes and the speed at which students learn, timings of each course may vary slightly.

It is the responsibility of the student to be patch tested before the course they are attending. Please contact the Academy directly to arrange this 07921229823. Full treatments during training will not be carried out.

During the courses students will be required to work on each other. If students are unable to do this due to health and safety reasons students will be supplied with a mannequin head. Students are advised to inform the Academy if they are unable in participate in these exercises, as you may be required to bring a model to ensure you have practical experience whilst on the course. For certain courses eye make-up will also need to be removed during the practical part of the training. Please see course details for all information. If you have any concerns please contact the Academy.

It is advised that students wear dark coloured clothing, due to the products being used on the day of training. A beauty tunic is the most appropriate choice of clothing, smart and comfortable. If you are attending a Spray Tanning Course, please bring with you loose fitting clothing. It is not the responsibility of the Academy if students clothing or garments are damaged in any way during training.

Any student that does not conduct themselves in a professional or a respectful manner will be asked to leave the course.

Lateness: Students arriving to the course late breaks the flow of the lesson and disrupts the other students. Lateness will be down to the discretion of the tutor based on how far along the course as progressed. We understand that sometimes this cannot be helped, if you believe you may be late, please contact the academy so we can assess the situation.

For students attending the Russian Volume lash extensions course, students must be classic / individual lash trained (NOT cluster trained). Students must understand how to isolate and apply one eyelash extension to one natural lash.

In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled or timings altered, the Academy reserves the right to do so without prior notice, an alternative date will be provided.

All students must practice and participate whilst on the course, either on each other, on a model, or on a mannequin head. ​​

If you are unable to attend your training course, please note that course fees are non-refundable. However if you do have a mitigating circumstance, in certain situations the student may be able to re-book on to another course date at the discretion of the Academy.​

There is a minimum requirement to pass each course for a certificate to be issued, where students fail to meet the minimum standard they will not pass the course and a certificate will not be issued.

The Academy reserves the right to amend course dates and venues without at our discretion. A minimum of four students is required to run a course, in the unlikely event that a course has to be cancelled a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date provided. The Academy is not responsible for travelling or parking costs for students.

The material on this site is provided for general information only on the content of the training courses provided by the Academy. All courses must be paid for in full, the fee is non-refundable and non transferable, However, if there are circumstances at the discretion of the Academy an alternative date may be offered.

If booking a course within 12 hours of the class running, please contact the Academy on 07921229823 to confirm your place.

If students have a language barrier or disability please make the Academy aware of this before booking. We will find a way to accommodate you.

The Academy will respect the privacy of your data at all times. We will not sell or make available in any way your personal information to third parties, except where you have specifically asked us to. All student information is kept secure and strictly confidential. Any questions with regards to the storage and use of your date please contact us.

Photographs or videos may be taken by the Academy tutor of students and / or their work or at any point throughout the duration of the course for the Academy website, social media sites or marketing materials. By accepting our terms and conditions when booking the course you are agreeing to this.
