COURSE DETAILS

This course is suitable for complete beginners, our eyebrow mapping, brow tinting, and warm wax Training Course is designed to teach you this popular treatment. This course is split in to two sections and covers both the theory and practical element of creating beautiful brows.

In Theory you will learn: Health, safety and hygiene, contraindications, consultation and patch testing.

You will then begin to work on a mannequin head to build your confidence. Leading on to the practical training where you will be working on each other or your model after practicing on a mannequin head. This will include a demonstration of how to map the eyebrows correctly using mapping string. How to mix ratios of tint that will become your custom blend tint. Application and safe removal of the soft strip wax. Finally tweezing any unwanted hairs and finishing by applying highlighter precisely underneath the brow.

The treatment itself on the day can take up to 2-3 hours to complete. Once confident you can do this treatment within 45 minutes and charge between £25 - £35 for a tailored treatment, not compromising on quality.

Students are required to work on each other. Please inform the academy at the time of booking if you are pregnant, breast-feeding (products cannot be tested on pregnant/breastfeeding women, therefore there is no guarantee of safety and will be unable to be a model because of this reason), have PPD/wax allergies or cannot be worked on for other reasons.

Students must be at least 16 years of age.

Students should have a basic understanding of English.

It is the responsibility of the student to be on time for the course. If you are more than 20 minutes late unfortunately you will not be able to join the class.
